This hotel is conveniently located near downtown, with lots of nearby restaurants and a large supermarket just a couple of bus stops away. Travel to the famous West Lake is simple, with buses readily available. The hotel offers comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for a relaxing stay.
The hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations, especially in terms of the room decor and cleanliness.

The hotel was conveniently located near a bus station which made getting around easy. The room was spacious and had a nice view. We appreciated the fact that the staff was friendly and helpful. They even offered us hot chocolate on Christmas morning which was a nice touch.
Our experience at the hotel was not the best. The hotel was quite old and in serious need of renovation.

The location near downtown was superb, making it easy to access transportation and explore the city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained.

I had a great stay here! The location was perfect, close to the train stations and the beautiful lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The beds were really comfortable and I never had to worry about running out of hot water in the shower. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even free toiletries. I also appreciated the electric kettle for making tea and the flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. staying at this hotel was a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and there is a good supply of hot water in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient, as there are lots of nearby restaurants and shops to explore.
This hotel is quite run down and in need of a good clean. The carpets in our room were dirty and stained, and the bathroom had a strong odor.
